BRACE-Illinois is a project funded by the Center for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC) to build the capacity of Illinois’ public health system to minimize the public health impact from climate change. This project helps Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and local health departments better protect the public from health problems worsened by climate change. Elena Grossman, MPH of the University of Illinois at Chicago is the Principal Investigator of BRACE-Illinois.
Pique Publishing has assisted in various digital reports and resources often used by the BRACE Illinois project, such as the Illinois Climate and Health Profile Report, which required us to edit, design, and create unique infographics to portray the effects of climate change.
In addition to the report on climate change, we also designed and developed conference signage for various events. We have created branded infographics and other digital assets for multiple uses within the world of vector-borne illnesses. We assisted in brainstorming ideas by working side-by-side with subject matter experts.
