Julie is a nonfiction copy editor and proofreader specializing in personal and professional development, self-help, and business books. Her freelance editorial business Edits By Julia was established in 2015. Since that time, she has expanded her services to provide productivity support to others in the freelance editing space. In her former life, Julie was a corporate trainer and instructional designer for a global bank. She also served as managing editor for a small publisher and project manager at a German software company. Julie lives in Middletown, DE, with two needy cats, Doodle and Sunny. Her hobbies include remaining single, planning and organizing, and spending time with her two young-adult kiddos.
